When is payment due?
Balances are due within 30 days of service. You can pay online through the portal or at the Student Health Center billing window.
Does my insurance cover CAPS?
CAPS counseling services are typically covered under the UCSC Student Health Plan with no co-pay. Check your plan details for session limits.
How do I dispute a charge?
Contact the Billing Office at (831) 459-2010 or send a message through the secure portal. Include the date of service and the charge amount.
Can I set up a payment plan?
Yes. Students may request an installment plan for balances over $100. Contact the Billing Office to set one up.
